Zero-Tolerance Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

ChristianWebDate maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

We explicitly prohibit any content, conduct, communication, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This prohibition applies to all areas of the ChristianWebDate app and platform, including user profiles, photos, videos, private messages, chat, comments, and any other user-generated content or communication.

Age Restriction

ChristianWebDate is an adult-only dating platform. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. Minors are not permitted to access or participate in the platform.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including visual depictions involving minors in sexually explicit conduct.
  • Any sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
  • Grooming or attempting to groom a child for sexual exploitation.
  • Sextortion involving a child.
  • Sex trafficking or attempted trafficking of a child.
  • Soliciting, encouraging, creating, possessing, sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM.
  • Sexualized communication or conduct involving minors.
  • Attempts to contact or manipulate minors for sexual or exploitative purposes.
  • Misrepresentation of age for the purpose of facilitating prohibited conduct involving minors.

In-App Reporting Mechanism

ChristianWebDate provides in-app reporting mechanisms that allow users to report accounts, profiles, messages, content, and suspicious behavior directly from within the app.

Users are encouraged to immediately report any suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or other child safety concern.

CSAM Response and Enforcement

When ChristianWebDate obtains actual knowledge of suspected or confirmed CSAM or CSAE, we take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and these published standards.

Actions may include:

  • Prompt review of reported content or accounts.
  • Removal of prohibited content.
  • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of involved accounts.
  • Preservation of relevant information when required or permitted by law.
  • Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional or national authority, as required by applicable law.
  • Cooperation with law enforcement and child protection authorities when legally required.

Moderation and Prevention

ChristianWebDate uses moderation and enforcement procedures to identify, review, and address content or conduct that may violate these child safety standards.

Reports involving potential child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or CSAM are treated as high-priority safety matters.

Child Safety Point of Contact

ChristianWebDate maintains a designated point of contact for child safety matters and for potential notifications from Google Play concerning CSAE or CSAM on the app or platform.
